WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY


All Stud Lumber bats are custom, made-to-order, with a no return policy. However, we at Stud Lumber strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and we will address every return inquiry or issue accordingly. You may contact our Warranty Department at (908) 902-3193 or by email at info@studlumber.com.

If your product arrives damaged, incorrectly crafted, or with different specs than ordered, please contact our Warranty Department immediately at (908) 902-3193 by email at info@studlumber.com. If we determine your bat needs to be replaced, we will email or mail you a shipping label and the appropriate shipping materials as needed.

If your bat breaks within the first 30 days and the Stud Lumber Proper Care Guidelines were followed correctly, please contact our Warranty Department at (908) 902-3193 or by email at info@studlumber.com. You may also fill out a Warranty Claim on the Website. Our Warranty Department representative will discuss your bat breakage with you and collect more information to determine if your bat needs to be analyzed and replaced. Our representatives may ask you to send documentation of your order as well as pictures of the broken bat to further assist you.
